This is another recipe from Gina’s Weight Watcher Recipes and Brett and I both loved it! Surprisingly they are really quick and easy to make! It’s definitely going on our list of favorites and I’ll be rotating it into the dinner menu more often! Gina also has a recipe for Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken that I’m anxious to try!
4 chicken breast halves
1 tbsp water
3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
12 slices thin deli ham
12 slices reduced fat Swiss cheese (I used Sargento)
