This dressing is amazing and so simple to make. I think I could drink it. It was sooo good over a spinach berry salad, topped with sliced almonds and feta cheese. I used strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries because that’s what I had on hand.
It’s also great when you ditch the spinach and other fixings, and mix it in with just berries (use your favorites) for a sweet berry salad. It’s like a dessert. I actually saw the recipe on a local tv show, where they dished a Triple Berry Salad along side a California Sunshine Burger. Yum, right? I had to try the dressing pronto.
