Party Cheese Ball Recipe

Party Cheese Ball Recipe

When planning for a party, it’s daunting to plan food for your guests. Luckily enough, our Party Cheese Ball recipe makes a delicious appetizer that you can make ahead of time. This cheese ball recipe is filled with varying cheese like cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, or whatever cheese you may happen to have at home. One thing to know about cheese before heading onto this recipe is that they come in either mild or pungent flavor.

It’s something to keep in mind before heading out and buying more cheese that this recipe doesn’t require. Most recipes suggest the standard portion of cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese, but our addition of blue cheese incorporates a creamy texture and sharper flavor. You can omit the blue cheese altogether but we prefer a slight kick to the taste.

The recipe also recommends making this the day before. This allows the mixture to chill for 8 hours which will make them hard enough and stand the structure of a ball. If you are out of time to refrigerate them, cover the container in cling wrap and freeze them for a faster chilling process. And, to ease your burden, we recommend trying our Mashed Potato Cheese Puff recipe to wow your guests.
