How To Make Rotel Dip with Beef

This rotel dip is a cheesy tomato-based dip that also has hearty ground beef and taco flavors. What you get is a gooey dip that pairs well with chips.

Ingredients

  • ¾lbground beef
  • 1tbsptaco seasoning
  • 10ozRotel tomatoes,do not drain
  • 16ozVelveeta cheese,cut into cubes
  • ½cuptomatoes,diced
  • 2tbspcilantro leaves,chopped

Instructions

  1. Place a large pan over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, breaking up with a spatula.

  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes or until meat is cooked through.

  3. Add the Rotel tomatoes and Velveeta to the pan. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.

  4. Top the dip with tomatoes and cilantro, then serve with tortilla chips.
