Pepperoni Quiche

This has been one of our favorite weekend breakfast/brunch meals lately.
In this quiche I like to use about half whole eggs and half egg whites.  Beat in some milk, add some cheese, a heaping handful of chopped spinach and pepperoni,  and pour into a pie pan and let it bake.
