Easy Chipotle Black Bean Dip

You better believe the first thing I run to at a party is the chips and the dip, and that’s where I’m camped out the duration of the party.

With the Super Bowl just around the corner, I thought I’d share this super easy Chipolte Black Bean Dip with you.  I’m tellin’ ya, it’s super duper easy, nothing fancy, but has great flavor.

The ingredient list is short, and you get to throw everything into a blender or food processor (I love using my Blendtec Twister Jar) and blend it until it’s smooth and creamy.   If you can handle the heat (I cannot-but did it for my husband) add an extra chipolte pepper.  It’ll make your mouth burn just enough that you can’t stop eating eat, and you just have to keep eating more. (That, coming from a wimp when it comes to spicy foods).  Just suit it to your taste and tolerance for some heat.

Grab a chip and dig in!  I almost ditched the chips and went straight for it with a spoon, afterall, the chips are just the vehicle right?

Happy Super Bowling, happy dipping, and happy week-ending!

  1. Go bean dip! (I care much more about the food than the football, so that’s what I’m cheering for this year)

  2. I love a good black bean dip! This sounds delightful :)

  3. FYI, you spelled chipotle wrong. Looks like a good recipe though.

  4. Pretty sure that this looks amazing. And, I actually have everything on hand to make it. BOOYAH!!

  5. Made this yesterday for the game and everyone loved it. I didn’t have a chipotle or adobo sauce so I subbed in ground chipotle and adobo seasoning and it came out great. Yum!
