Ingredients
- ½cupgarlic scapes,flowers and tough ends removed
- ½cupfresh basil leaves
- ½: 5px; letter-spacing: 2px”>⅓cupextra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt and fresh pepper,to taste
Instructions

Cut the garlic scapes into small pieces.

In a food processor or mini blender, pulse scapes, basil, parmigiano, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Slowly add the olive oil while pulsing.

Use in pasta, stuffed chicken, or as a dip. Enjoy!
