How To Make Cinnamon Honey Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • cup honey
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the first 4 ingredients.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients; mix well.
  4. Using a ¼ cup measure, pour batter on a hot, greased griddle or frying pan.

  5. When bubbles form around the edges, flip.
  6. Continue frying until lightly browned.
  7. Top with butter & your favorite syrup.
