A incredible way to bring stale bread back to life! You'd never have to waste stale bread ever again with this quick and simple homemade croutons recipe. A wonderful addition to soups and salads, or even your main course meal with this herbed and seasoned croutons.

Ingredients
- 3 reduced-fat hot dog buns, stale, or hamburger buns
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly shredded
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tsp garlic salt , or powder
- butter flavored cooking spray
Instructions
- Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
- Cube stale buns.
- Spray foil with butter flavored cooking spray.
- Spread bread crumbs out flat and spray again with cooking spray.
- In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients (oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic powder) together then shake on top of bread crumbs evenly.
- Then spread Parmesan cheese on top of that and broil for 5 minutes.
