Italian Chicken Sausage & Veggie Wraps + Giveaway

I’m sharing the recipe for this delicious summer wrap over at the Circulon website today, kicking off a summer of stir fry!  These wraps get stuffed with fresh spinach, stir-fried Italian chicken sausage, zucchini, yellow squash and onions, and a creamy basil-yogurt sauce and mozzarella cheese over the top! It’s like my new favorite thing to eat right now.

Once you stir-fry the meat and veggies the possibilities are endless.  Make a wrap, stuff it in a quesadilla, make a salad, serve it over rice or pasta. It’s versatile and a great way to use up your summer squash!

I bought a circulon pan at a garage sale for $2 – I nearly screamed when I saw it and it had never been used! I have a cast iron LeCrueset wok, that is amazing, but also weighs a ton!

Seriously? This is pretty much everything I love wrapped up in a tortilla. I would love to use spinach tortillas just for an extra kick of spinach. I’m new to your blog, but I’m sure I’m going to find many more awesome recipes to try out with my husband and kiddos!

I have most of the veggies for this wrap growing in my garden right now! I would love to make it in a new Circulon pan. Thanks for the chance!
